1. Wholesale only

This website is for businesses in the food service and wholesale trade. Nothing on it is an offer to sell to consumers. Product information, sizes and availability are a guide and can change without notice.

2. Pricing and orders

Prices are not published on this website. Pricing, minimum orders, delivery days and payment terms are confirmed in writing when we approve your wholesale account. An enquiry through this site is not an order until we confirm it.

3. Accuracy of information

We work to keep product, allergen and certification information accurate. Always check product labels and specification sheets before serving or on-selling. Contact us if anything is unclear.

4. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
